At Athena's Gallery, we are committed to providing high-quality wall art. Below are our policies for addressing order-related issues:
Quality Guarantee
If the product quality does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the issue is validated, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your wall art arrives damaged or defective, report the issue to us. We will cover the cost of a replacement after verifying the claim.
Lost Orders
For orders lost in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed with the shipping provider, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, rejection, or failure to claim the package, a new order must be placed. A refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) will be issued if requested.
Personalized Orders
As all wall art is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
